​How Do I Place An Order?​

Follow the steps below to place an order

  1.  Add to Cart- To add an item to your cart, select  on the product page.

  2.  Review Shopping Cart - After you finish shopping, review all items in your shopping cart to verify the correct size, color, and quantity by selecting the shopping bag at the top right corner of any page on www.wiveshtcity.com.

  3. Proceed to Checkout - When you are ready to order, select the yellow checkout button located in your shopping cart.

  4. Shipping Details - Enter a Shipping Address. Note: Your billing address must match the address listed with your financial institution. 

  5. Delivery Option - Select desired shipping

  6. Make payment - Select your method of payment. View acceptable payment methods here. If you have a Promotion Code, make sure to check the appropriate box and enter the Promotion code. ​At this time, you can only use ONE method of payment per order

Can I Return My Items?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

 

Your item must be in the original packaging with tags.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a WHTC credit in form of a coupon code for the amount of the purchase excluding shipping and taxes. You will receive the coupon code in an email after processing.

Where Is My Order?

PLEASE EXPECT SHIPPING DELAYS

 

Our current processing time is 2-3 business days. Once processed, standard shipping will take approximately 7-10 business days to deliver. 

All products purchased from the site are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by Wives Hit The City. Title to products purchased on the site, as well as the risk of loss for such products, pass to you when Wives Hit The City delivers these items to the carrier. 

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you are having trouble tracking your package with the tracking number we provide please our customer service team by emailing wiveshtc@gmail.com

 

IF A PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO US DUE TO AN INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS, IS MARKED "UNCLAIMED" OR “RETURN TO SENDER,” OR HAS BEEN DEEMED UNDELIVERABLE FOR ANY REASON BY THE CARRIER, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU BY EMAIL.

The original shipping will not be refunded on RTS (return to sender) packages. Customers are responsible for any RTS (return to sender) fee that is incurred if the address is provided incorrectly. Once we receive the package back from the carrier, our option is to either reship the package or refund the subtotal of your order minus the RTS (return to sender) fee. 

 

If you select to have the package reshipped you will need to pay the RTS(return to sender fee) and a shipping fee. If you select to have the order refunded that will not be issued until the parcel has arrived back in our facility. Note: Once we have processed a refund, it can take your bank anywhere from 2-8 business days to process the refund on their end and issue it back to your account.

To ensure this does not happen, please make sure you provide the correct address at checkout. We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or is sent back for insufficient address
