We are WHTC & Travel and are excited to help you with your travel. The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to WHTC & Travel and the term "you" refers to the individual who signs this agreement.

 Our services include extensive research within our top preferred suppliers to find you the best luxury vacations within your budget.

A research fee is a charge for an agent's time and expertise in researching or planning a trip. Beginning January 2023, a research fee will be required for all quotes. FREE quotes are no longer available unless otherwise stated. Instagram deals does not require research fee as the quote has already been established.

 

Our initial $50 research fee is non-refundable We provide one quote to one destination of your choice. Unless otherwise stated, our quote includes: Three different hotels in the price range of your quote, Travel Insurance, and Flight. If you require any additional research after your initial quote has been provided, we will charge you an additional research fee of $20 to continue services.

WHTC & Travel also provides the option to utilize payment plans, financing, and low deposits.

Note: Room Blocks  ($65)* and Flight Only Quotes ($10pp) * are excluded from the FREE quote.
