Authorization Information
Credit Card Payments
In order to make a deposit or full payment on your trip, WHTC, must first recieve authorization in order to charge your card. A Credit Card Authorization form will be sent to you via email to collect payments on any travel you book with WHTC.
Travel Insurance
Due to COVID 19, many suppliers are offering trip coverage at little to no cost. Due to the many different options, we will discuss your coverage options during payment collection.
